2018 March Break Day Camp
March Break Day camp was a busy and successful week!
Everyone attending the day camp enjoyed a week filled with day trips to many interesting and fun locations.
Starting off on Monday everyone spent time getting to know each other and enjoyed a trip to Landmark Theatres in Kanata to see Peter Rabbit.
Tuesday, we got up close and personal with the beautiful horses and their riders from the world famous RCMP Musical Ride when we toured the RCMP stables in Ottawa.
Wednesday brought not so nice weather but we were able to make our way to the Aquarium in Brockville where we had fun watching the sea otters and the many varieties of fish and aquatic species that are found in the St. Lawrence Sea Way and Lake Ontario.
On Thursday we travelled to Parc Omega in Montebello, Quebec where we drove our car through the Parc.
We fed several varieties of deer, wild boars, bison and viewed the bears and wolves in their natural habitat enclosures.
Then to end our exciting and busy week we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub and many of the different pools that the Kanata Wave pool has to offer and then went out for a yummy pizza Lunch at Pizza Hut in Ottawa.
Thanks everyone for a great March Break week together!!
