Chocolate Fundraiser
Hello Everyone,
You are invited to participate in the Community Living Christmas Time Chocolate Fundraiser through the sale of Purdy’s Chocolates. Purdy’s Chocolates donates a very generous 25% of sales back to our organization. Please support this worthy cause by visiting the link below or picking up a brochure at one of our main offices.
To order online:
- Login to or create a new account at www.purdysgpp.com. To login to a past account you need your email address and password, you may have to reset your password. If you are required to reset your password, they will prompt you and send you an email to reset your password.
- If new to this program you can create a new account with your email and a password.
- A search bar will pop up once your logged in and you join a group. Type in the customer number: 33352 to join the Community Living Renfrew County South group.
- Community Living Christmas Time Campaign will show on the screen and you click “JOIN THIS GROUP”
Now you will have joined the Community Living Renfrew County South group.
- You can shop online and pay for your orders. Ensure that you enter your phone number when placing an order so that your order will be saved.
Orders and payment will be accepted up until Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 online.
To order with the brochure:
Download the brochure now then use the paper order form on Page 12 of the brochure. Return the order form completed in full to the Finance Department (Ann or Darleen) by Wednesday, November 18th, 2020. Payment in full must accompany the order form as cash or cheque. Cheque(s) must be made out to Community Living Renfrew County South.
Pick up times will be on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 at the two CLRCS offices. We will call to make pick up and drop off arrangements. All proceeds will be supporting the cost of an accessible van for our programs.
