Avgen Gift Card
Hello Everyone,
We are pleased to run the Avgen Gift Card Program again this year as a fundraiser. This is our ninth year and each year we have been very successful with this fundraiser and able to fund raise over $800.
Avgen carries gift cards from many major retailers. Popular retailers that participate in the Avgen program include: Costco, Walmart, Bass Pro Shops, No Frills, Metro, Mark’s Work Warehouse, M&M Meats, Dollarama, Giant Tiger, Tim Horton’s, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware, Wendy’s Restaurants, Bath and Body Works, Home Depot, The Gap, American Eagle, Aerie, The Bay, Home Outfitters, Winners, Shoppers Drug Mart, iTunes & App Store and many, many more.
Avgen has agreements in place with all the participating retailers so that Avgen can sell the gift cards to CLRCS at a discount. You buy the gift cards at face value and redeem them for full value and CLRCS keeps the difference as fundraising revenue. The gift cards that give the greatest return to CLRCS as a fundraising revenue are Bath & Body Works, Bass Pro, Roots, Boston Pizza, Moxie’s Classic Grill, Chapters, Mark’s Work Warehouse, Pizza Pizza, The Gap and Winners in case you are interested in any of those.
The beauty of this program is that you cannot only use it for gifts for others but you can also put your regular household shopping dollars to work. Gift cards can be used for just about any purchase including food, clothing, entertainment, furniture, building supplies, auto repair, gasoline, dining out and much more.
The fundraising revenue from this program will be used to assist with the cost of an accessible van.
Download the order form now for the Avgen Gift Card Program (you can make additional copies if necessary to share with others). Order forms are due to Darleen Lewis and /or Ann Blimkie at the Renfrew office by November 18th, 2020 full payment either cash or cheque payable to Community Living Renfrew County South. Gift cards would be available the beginning of December.
